Chalupas

1 pound ground beef, crumbled
1 / 2 med size onion, chopped
1 teaspoon of soup. Chili powder
1 teaspoon of tea. ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
May 1 (No. 300) pinto beans
12 varieties of maize tortillas, frozen
3 c. Soup. Shortening
Shredded lettuce
3 / 4 pound grated cheddar cheese
3 tomatoes, cut in SM. Parts
Bottled taco sauce

Heat a large lightly greased pan. Add minced meat and onions. Bake until brown ground beef. Drain fat and add the chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper to the meat mixture and mix well. Mixed beans and their liquid.
Cover and cook the mixture has for about 30 minutes.

Heat shortening in a pan and fry the tortillas lightly on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper and stack. Warm in the oven moderately hot.

To secure the boat, place 2 or 3 tablespoons of meat mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle cheese over meat, then arrange the lettuce and tomatoes on top. Serve with taco sauce in a separate container. Yield: 4 to Allowin3 boats grams per serving.

Green Chicken Enchiladas

Goats half chicken without skin - either black or white, depending on your preference
1 bottle of steak sauce chicken
1 can of green enchilada sauce
8 oz sour cream
Corn tortillas

Chickens in South-West

2 or 3 boneless chicken breast (chicken 3/4-1lb) in each of the tenders or bite cut
2 cups instant rice
1 cup water (the sauce acts as the other cup of liquid)
1 cup salsa
1 package taco seasoning
Grated cheese to taste
You can also use black beans, olives, or corn, if desired.

Apart from cheese. Throw everything into the pot, put the lid and cook until rice and chicken are done, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking to. Cream cheese top and heated until it melts. Serve with sour cream and warm tortillas
